You'll use our online client portal to schedule the day and time of your service. We will arrive within a 3-hour window and enter according to your instructions. We'll gather gather your dog and gear and head to the van, staying quiet and removing our shoes out of respect for your home.

At Fido your dog's walk is always 30 minutes. Some services advertising half-hour walks end up only providing 20 minutes of outdoor time, with the rest covering pickup and drop-off duties. Not ours. Your dog is on the leash for the full 30, so actual sessions may last anywhere from 45 to 75 minutes based on pickup order.

After the full 30 minutes, we get back in the van and make our way home in reverse order. 

Given DC's weather, we keep our van climate-controlled whilst we take each dog inside. We then make sure your dogs water is topped-up and follow any post-walk instructions based on your requirements.

Our last step includes completing a report card for each dog shortly after their walk. You will then receive an email from our client portal covering any visit notes and confirming we performed all in-home duties.
